Internet Purchase Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery purchased on this web site for a full refund.

To get full merchandise credit we must receive merchandise back in new resellable condition and in original packaging with original tags. Buyer must obtain a return authorization number prior to sending back merchandise. Call 916-565-1400 to obtain return authorization number. Returned merchandise without a return authorization number will be refused. Buyer must ship, at buyers expence, merchandise back to Adventure Mountain Sports 1600 El Camino Ave. Sacramento, CA 95815. Return Authorization Number must be clearly visible on outside of packaging.




Shipping

We ship to the lower 48 states USA.

We will use a carrier of our choose for the Free or Fix Freight Cost Merchandise

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
